New-look website to meet Netwatch’s growing ambitions

New-look website to meet Netwatch’s growing ambitions

A fast-growing Midlands investigation company has launched a new website to meet growing customer demand for its services.

Netwatch was founded in August 2013 and now employs a team of 17 investigators. The business provides desktop investigation services to global customers in the insurance, legal, retail and finance sectors.

David Purcell, managing director of Netwatch, said: “When we set up the business, we were going on a hunch that advances in technology and digital communications could open up new surveillance techniques that were less intrusive and more cost effective than their traditional counterparts.

“While not all surveillance operations can be carried out online, our growth over the last two years is testimony to the demand in the sector and, as we become a more established business, we decided it was time to invest in our website and improve our customers’ online experience.”

The new-look website was designed and built by Birmingham web design agency Kalexiko. As well as providing more information on Netwatch’s services, it will host a suite of specially developed applications for customers, which are due to be launched later this year.

David continued: “We’re really pleased with the new-look site and, in particular, the enhanced functionality it now offers our customers. The internet is a great shop window and, as a digital business, it was important to update the site to better reflect our activities and provide a platform from which to launch the next phase of our growth plan.”
